I started about 10 hours into the 1st day. The leader had 20k points and was already offline for 7 hours. I guess this year the groups didn't fill in with people joining at similar times. Noted for next year.

Stuck on 19208.Do not want to buy boosters. Impossible to pass as not enough moves

I wasn’t able to start until today morning when there was about 6,5 hours left. Got into a group that has been up at least 24 hours (or more?) and leader had 163k points. I was 27th and no one else came after me. I realized I had no chance so at first I played slowly 2 episodes, and then all of my 5 tokens but took breaks. At the top there was and still is a race going on 😊
