paguei 1.99€ para ter 10 barras de ouro a terminar o nível com as jogadas para não perder a jornada porque já estava a ganhar a vários seguidos e estava na linha para ganhar as barras de ouro. Paguei não recebi e ainda perdi o nível! E tudo o que podia ter ganho!

To get lives in Candy Crush Saga, you must connect the game to Facebook or the King Community to request them from friends. You can request lives when you run out, or send them via the Social Hub/Friends tab, the mailbox, or by clicking a friend's avatar on the map

Which device are you play? in the meantime Please, try restarting your device and make sure you have the latest game app version installed! If this keeps happening, please report this issue to our Player Support team as they are actively collecting reports like yours in order to be able to flag this to the developers.
You can reach them by opening the game app and go to:
Settings (⚙️) → Account & Help → Help Center and select your topic → scroll all the way down and select "Contact Us"
