Re: Episode Race counter isn’t advancing and my progress is not syncing
We’ve checked this, and there was a short issue where the Episode Race feature was temporarily unavailable due to a technical test. This has now been fixed, and the feature should be back to normal.
If your Episode Race is still missing:
- please restart the game
- make sure you’re on the latest version
For rewards:
If you believe you won a race but didn’t receive your Gold Bars, please contact Player Support so they can check your account and help you.
You can reach them by opening the game and going to:
Settings → Account & Help → Help Center → Select your topic → scroll down → Contact Us
Thanks again for reporting this, it really helped us spot the issue quickly.

Thursday - still not syncing on all devices- just passed a level, but other devices won’t move up to that level! Please fix!!
Re: Feedback on All Stars Event – Matchmaking and Fairness
Well my feedback is that the multiplier tokens are ruining this competition. Who ever came up with that idea needs to actually play in the event. I am way faster than two players on my leaderboard, but they are so far ahead due to those stupid multiplier tokens I have to crush for 12 hours straight to try catch up. This is such a stupid idea!

But at what cost? My sanity? My joints? @QueenB You might like to pass this feedback on to Mick and John or whoever had this bright idea: All we will get is a bunch of frustrated players come the next round as it will be full of people who have used their tokens to get there and once in the final round they will see that there is no chance in a million they could win.
