"I changed my phone and I can't log in to my Candy Crush account. I was already at level 5000 and something, and I always logged in through Facebook. Now I can't log in, it always gives an error. If I try to log in with email, I go back to level 1 😏. Can someone please help me?"
Hello @catia_88 I am sorry but there is currently an ongoing issue with Facebook that has yet to be resolved by King.
