For some reason, I was unable to participate in the Weekly Progress until I passed ten levels from 21851 to 21861. I achieved that and have now passed three additional levels. The three levels 21861-21863 not being recognized in the Weekly progress challenge.
The Episode Race has also disappeared (again).
The Power Ball no longer is offered.

Hi team, I’ve been playing candy crash for more then 10 years on my iPhone 11 now I have a new iPhone 17 and I want to transfer my progress to the other iPhone. I saved my progress to may email account and tried to sign in with it on my new iPhone unfortunately no progress has been transferred.

Hello @tdemo, @nonni4 @nonni4and @HM100, multiple players are reporting this issue. Please reply with answers to the following questions:
- On what type of device(s) do you play (Android, iPhone, Windows, etc.)?
- What is your Game ID?. Here’s how to find it:👉 How to find your Game ID
- Is your account on Facebook or King?
- Do you have a stable Internet connection? Have you been playing offline?
I will also share this issue with our manager.

I checked the updates, it has the latest; I restarted, I have 3 devices, all are good. Been playing on them for quite a while with no problem. Just started with the new levels added today, 21846. Game won't advance, the color bomb race game won't add collections as it should, nor the baker's box.

Sometimes an issue that a player experiences is related to their device rather than the game. So, we first suggest trying the following troubleshooting tips to maximize the chances of the game running more smoothly for you:
- Internet: Ensure you have a strong and stable Internet connection.
- Updates: Check the app stores to update to the latest version of your game if needed, and the latest software update for your device.
- Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? We recommend having at least 2GB free. If you have less than this be sure to free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.
- Cache: Clear your game cache. Do NOT clear your game data -- that is where your boosters are stored.
- Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
Since multiple players are experiencing this issue, it could also be related to Facebook if you play on that platform. Have you searched our Help Center for other suggestions regarding syncing issues?
