@DaddyO-2 other troubleshooting techniques to try other than restarting your phone include clearing your app cache (Not Data), sign out of your game/restart your device/sign back into your game, clear your browsing history (don't attempt this if you don't knows all of your passwords) and try switching from WiFi to mobile data to access the Shop.

I sent a message a few days ago and have not had any response. Also I am stuck on the races and same boards. When I win a game the board switches but it keeps me on the same level on the map. I got a new phone logged in and appeared on lower levels than what I was currently on.

well I’m not sure you can compare the olympics with candy crush!
The all stars is supposed to find the best candy crusher in the world. Answer me who you think is a better candy crush player. Someone who has managed to complete all 22000 levels or someone who starts a new account every year and completes the first 7000 levels only. Going back to your World Cup analogy, it’s like a team only playing in the easy qualifiers every year and being handed the title even though they didn’t play the tough teams at the end of the competition.

Realizei a compra do booster OVNI, no valor de 19 ouros, ficou carregando e apresentou erro, dizendo que não tinha sido possível realizar a compra, em seguida, tentei novamente, o mesmo erro persistiu, em seguida, notei que o valor do ouro foi descontado e não recebi o booster.
Eu tinha 36 ouros, após isso fiquei com apenas 17 e não recebi o item.
