You aren't the first person to say that the synchronisation issue hasn't been fixed @nonni4 but unfortunately King think they have fixed the issue, so I am not sure how much help you can get with this issue now.
Please leave your feedback in the Support thread for this problem and try tagging QueenB when you do

Unfortunately if Uninstalling Candy Crush removes your booster inventory because, unlike levels and gold bars, boosters are stored locally on your device. Sorry @RANGISH but you can't get advertisement game features by asking for them. You either have them in your game or you do not.
Having them in your game doesn't mean you will keep them and not having them doesn't mean you will never have them.

play the staring level and complete and restart the game and your play will progress and sync to the level you are at
