Can you please tell me which device you are using? If using a mobile device, which version of the App do you have right now?

Can you also post a screenshot of "where" you are stuck on a loop?

level 13158 is stuck in a loop after finishing.
Restarted it, lost my candy royale and have to replay. Also lost my win streak.

Internally, this issue appears to be fixed (At least for the new releases, they did synced up properly). Here's the experience on Android after finishing the levels on Windows:

Because of this, the game strangely gave me Super Charger. And all passed levels after 21846 behave like new levels, as if I haven't passed them. Can this be looked up further so Levels 21846-21905 be properly synced as well (So as 21906 won't be locked). Playing Levels 21845 and below on Android won't affect Windows. I can also play Star Tournament and progress most events that need new level wins as usual (Despite the bug I have on my account)

I still can't get mine to work on my computer on facebook. I gave up. I play on my phone now, but don't have all the perks and it's too hard to see on my phone. So I just play once a day on it and just gave up on the computer. Not worth the hassle.
