Your multiplier should appear just below the leaderboard during the round. If it’s not showing there, the most likely reason is that it has already been used in previous rounds. Once all multipliers are used, they no longer appear in the game.

That said, if you’re still in the tournament and you’re absolutely sure you didn’t use them, it’s worth having our Player Support team take a closer look at your account. You can contact them directly from the game:

• Open Settings (the cogwheel icon)
• Tap Account & Help
• Tap Help Center
• Choose any topic and scroll down
• Tap Contact Us

They’ll be able to check what happened in your specific case.
