More stats for you, @christinewupp. Ever since the Weekly Race changed, I have been in a group of players who are all from Norway, like me. Different players each week.

This week they are on levels between 300 and 7000, and all of them have passed more than me (45 levels) in the past week. Needless to say I haven’t been able to even get on the podium for weeks.

this isn't a glitch!! I've been complaining about this for months!! I'm playing against someone on levels 2000 or 3000, this week, the top three are on level 300 and under, they passed over 100 levels and I'm stuck on level 17896 because I have two legendary levels, two super hard levels, and five hard levels on this episode, how am I or anyone on higher level supposed to compete with players on lower levels?? this is ridiculous and the admin isn't doing anything about it.

I’ve been playing this game since it started and have never or will ever spend money, nice to see that I’m not the only one have issues with what is going on, they’d change so much and this game is not fun anymore

I think that although the other players MUST be real currently active players, given that we can see their player cards, I often have found that my method of playing one or two episodes at a time means that I generally do overtake them and run away with the event once I start playing seriously. This is because the other players don't see us run away from them because THEY are not competing against US. There must be a lot of luck involved in the weekly race no matter how King try to manipulate the event. You might well be lucky and all those newbies have already been silly and wasted their gold and boosters and will get stuck on some legendary level soon. Let us know how you get on and good luck!

@christinewupp Yes they all have last race 5. I did send out some invites so I'll see if any come back.

Hello @christinewupp I dont get the weekly race, I get this Jelly Streak occasionally, I am not sure if this is similar or not. I cannot find out if they players are on low levels or not nothing happens when I click on their icon pictures. 🙄 Happy Crushing 😀

I have revisited my weekly race opponents and found this:

Not one of them has played two entire episodes since the race started. This is not surprising me at all. Contrary to what many of you think new players are not at an advantage per se. This is because they are new! They don't have our experience with the game, they don't know how to play yet, they don't have any friends yet so if they run out of lives they can't play. So please can everyone stop moaning about their opponents being on low levels. Those of us who know how to win episode races and crush two or three episodes at a time will beat these guys easily.

This is the progress in the number of levels passed by my 14 opponents since Monday (today being Thursday):

0, 28, 23, 18, 0, 15, 0, 18, 11, 0, 1, 4, 24, 8

This is according to their actual level showing on their player cards this Thursday morning compared to Monday morning and not related to the "levels passed in 7 days". I believe these players are real though I doubt they are a random selection. Certainly this shows that being on a level below 200 does not in itself mean that they are likely to beat us. Every one of them has apparently slowed down playing since the race started or stopped altogether.

And now I'm in a brand new game myself, my weekly race shows up: Opponents levels are all below 5. So none of these can see me, my own weekly race started only when I reached level 66. Half the other players played one level three days ago and then stopped. Not exactly random then…. in fact I would lean towards "not real" again on the basis of that observation.

@christinewupp got it and same goes for me too. Now playing the LUCKY LANTERN Where majority of my competitors are below or around 300 levels, some of 306 and some 204.

I agree with you @christinewupp about the beginning players generally not being difficult competition. My set have done the following so far: 107, 41, 13, 9, 3, 2, 1. So basically there is one worthy opponent there, who is doing pretty well for a beginner! But I got superchargers yesterday and am excited about getting to the end, so I've been going wild while I have them and I've done 168 so far, so I should still easily have this week's contest.

Now back to crushing - I still have almost 4 hours left on my superchargers!
