Thanks for posting the screenshot. I can now see this is one of the harder music levels. Those special event boards are impossible for any of us players to test out as every player gets a different order of these. But from my experience with these, and with the entire game lately, I suspect that some of these levels do not include a "without boosters" solution, and I include also a "with just starting boosters" solution in that. Many of these levels depend on playing either a double colour bomb combo or a party popper as a first move and cannot be passed by any other means. They require you to spend a minimum of 10 gold bars to buy additional moves. I cannot prove this since I cannot test the level out, but if you have tried the level 500 times that is pretty good evidence that my suspicion is correct. However it may be possible for King staff to send some help to your game to pass this level, so let's see what response you get from them.

The game saves automatically and reloads just where you left off playing if you play just on the one device. However if you want to save the game click on the blue "Save my progress" bar at the bottom of this screen, which is the opening screen you should see each time you load the game.
You should then load this screen where you can choose how to save your progress:
The community account is not related to your game and there is no need to link your game to this community.
If you do not see the above screens then you must have already saved the game. Go into Settings and "Account Help" . If you have never saved the game the screen above will show. If your account is already saved you will see your avatar/picture and account details.

Download the app from wherever you get apps: App store for Apple, Google Playstore etc. Press Play. That is all you need to do. The game saves automatically and you will always get back to where you were after closing and reopening the app.
The first 50 levels are tutorials. On each level pay attention to the moves the game suggests to you: They are the best moves to make and will show you how to create special candies and combos of special candies and how the jelly fish often come to finish off the level for you. From level 51 onwards the game gets harder, meaning the jelly fish don't always help finish every level and some levels won't be possible to pass on a first attempt. I got another new version this week with 17 moves. I mostly got 15 move versions in the weeks before.
It turned out the two extra moves didn't make the level easier, as the algorithms for the first few attempts were new and still designed to fail. This new game has the new whooshy jelly fish and a lot of the algorithms are unfamiliar to me: Far fewer wrap+ stripe or any combos. I find myself pushing candies around aimlessly until a shoal of fish appear to do their job. I think they are (still/again) using new starters as guinea pigs. It's quite unsettling. @PyroFunk
