The way this chat bot works is to create a "ticket" which will be passed on to an agent early next week @sydslay who should then get in touch with you by email.
There are no real customer support staff at King's at the weekends and there never have been for as long as I remember: After all Candy Crush is just a game. It's not an essential service, so there are no agents on stand-by like you would have for essential services that really matter to people's lives and well being. You should hear from someone within 72 hours after the bot created the ticket for you.
Why the bot asked that last sentence over and over again I cannot tell, it's obviously not been programmed very well.
Game Freezing constantly
I am up to level 14267 and my game freezes as soon as I make a move. It is a constant thing and has been doing this for almost a week. I can't do anything to fix it. I can't play the game at all. I've done all I know to do. This is the only game I spend $$ on and it's frustrating. I have a new computer and it did work for a day and then quit. I use facebook to play and everything else is working fine. Please help.

Try with disconnecting and reconnecting your King or Facebook account in the game and the Gold Bars should reload in your game.
If the Gold Bars still do not show up, please email Player Support so they can check up what has happened. You can email them directly from the game by going to the Settings, Help Center, choose a FAQ and you can find the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page.

Game freezes in Facebook
My game freezes almost immediately, I might get 1 or 2 moves in. I can't fix it, I've checked all my permissions, settings, etc. I can't get it to work. The game comes on and as soon as I make a move (or even try to use a help) it quits.
