How do I sync my progress with where I left off?

Stuck on level 8495

I have cleared everything but cannot see how to release the springs. They just sit at the bottom & do not move. I have used extra moves, but still doesn’t work. No idea how to complete this level

Hi candy crush. I just got a new phone and thus had to move my apps from one to another. I logged into my candy crush account on my new phone, and although I'm at the level I was at on my old phone, I lost my streak and all the boosters I had collected. Can I please get them back?

Level 17851, playing since 2013 , i cannot see All Stars.

I've been playing for 10 years and today was the first time i saw there is some kind of tournament. I wanted to compete in it but i cannot find it for some reason. What should i do?

Hi @Karen_Chan_Seet I wonder if you did watch all three adverts? The extra moves go up in stages and after each advert there is the choice to watch another ad or to press "play". If you watch just the one advert and then press "play" you will get two extra moves. In order to get five you have to watch three ads before you press Play.
