Try with disconnecting and reconnecting your King or Facebook account in the game and the Booster should reload in your game.
If the Booster still do not show up, please email Player Support so they can check up what has happened. You can email them directly from the game by going to the Settings, Help Center, choose a FAQ and you can find the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

I think the issue is the AI adjusting the number of moves based on formal criteria without taking into account the layout and dispenser drops programming. That level is at least possible to pass with the lucky candy booster, but the dragon levels are just becoming impossible.
