Hey @Alienscar , thanks for flagging this again.
I get why this one is driving you nuts. We’ve been able to reproduce the behaviour on our side as well, and you’re absolutely right, it shouldn’t be showing “new comments” when there aren’t any.
We’ve already passed this on to our platform provider so they can dig into what’s causing it. In the meantime, thanks for your patience and for sticking with us while we sort this out 🙏

In case you missed it @QueenB this is one of the issues that is really making me sick and tired of using this site now.
I have read the thread shown below twice now and yet it still shows that there are three new comments. When I go back in there is no 'NEW COMMENTS SINCE LAST VISIT', so I take it that means there aren't any new comments, but I have to check the whole thread just to be sure.

If you still don't see the right level please force close the game, wait a few seconds, and then reopen it.If that doesn't work then please sign out of your Facebook/Kingdom account, close the game, reopen it and then sign back in again - sometimes it just needs a little nudge to make sure the level loads correctly.
If the issue persists, after reconnecting, please email this to our Player Support Team here and tell your Game ID there.

Hi there, thanks for letting us know and I’m really sorry this happened, losing boosters out of the blue is incredibly frustrating.
To understand what went on and see what can be done, could you share a few details with me?
1. Your Game ID
If you’re not sure where to find it: How to find your Game ID
2. Your game app version
(You can check this in your app store under Candy Crush Saga → Version.)
3. What happened right before the boosters disappeared?
For example:
• Did the app update recently?
• Did the phone restart or run out of battery?
• Did you reinstall the game?
• Did you switch devices or log in/out?
4. Are your gold bars still there?
These are stored differently, so this helps us pinpoint what type of loss it is.
Once I have this info, I can take a closer look and guide you from there.

Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your account.You can also email them from here and tell your Game ID there.
