I can categorically say that this issue has nothing to do with having a good internet connection @QueenB and the issue is all to do with the introduction of Candy Unwrapped.

I just opened my game and the video tried to start but instead it 'hung' for awhile. When it finally loaded I have lost all of my boosters and my map

Hi everyone,

We’re aware that some players have suddenly lost their boosters, and we know how upsetting that is. The team is already investigating the issue.

This may happen in the latest game version (1.317.x), especially if the game is restarted without an internet connection. We’re still investigating but we wanted to share this as early as possible so you don’t feel left in the dark.

While we work on the fix, a few things that may help avoid the issue:

• Keep the game connected to the internet when opening or restarting it
• Avoid reinstalling the game or switching devices for now
• Don’t log out of the game until we share another update

If this already happened to you, hang in there until we have an update
