If it is you don't really need to use any specific strategy to solve it. The jelly fish from those dispensers will come to your aid and help you pass this level. Follow the suggested moves. The game hints you the moves it suggests for you. Some of these will be to play a fish + colour bomb or fish + wrapped candy combo, which are good at clearing a lot of blockers. I passed this just now on my second attempt by just following the hints.
Some levels the game deliberately makes players fail for the first five attempts so that you will run out of lives and pay to play on. This is a trick to make money for King. If you don't pay but wait until your lives have refreshed you will probably get a lot of help from the jelly fish like I did.

Re: ⛔ Under Investigation: Prize Palooza - Candies not counting towards progress.
Hey everyone,
Just popping back in with an update now that the team has finished digging into what was going on with Prize Palooza.
We found the root cause that stopped candies from being counted toward your score. This is why some of you kept playing levels but saw your progress stuck at zero… super frustrating, and we're really sorry you had to deal with that.
The team has now fixed the issue, and they’re also looking into next steps. Since this round already finished earlier this week, the studio is reviewing the data and will follow up with us next week.
I’ll keep an eye on things as well and share anything new I hear. Thanks again for flagging this and for sticking with us while we got this sorted 🙂
Re: Chocolate box changes again?
Here we go again on the Chocolate Box. This is the 2nd time that I cannot complete out a Chocolate Box in time because this time all four options of the fourth task was levels (Between Unplayed and First Try Wins), this means that even with the old chocolate box style players in the Higher end of the map are hindered still, but only if the fourth task only contains level options
So within the old style, the fourth task must contain at least one option of between Party or UFO so such players won't be hindered out at all. Likewise, with the new style, all tasks must contain at least one option that can be done within old levels.

A couple of things that would really help us narrow it down:
• Are you seeing any error message?
• If so, could you share a screenshot of it?
• And could you also share your Game ID, so we can double-check things on our side?
