Funnily enough @joninvenice something similar has just happened to me.
I received a Gift Card pop-up that froze my game. No claim button appeared and the Gift Card pop-up didn't fully load. As you can see some of the information was also upside down.
Because it didn't fully load I couldn't close the pop-up or make any other action and I had to close my game by going to my home screen and closing all apps.
In my case when I restarted my game the Gift Card rewards had been added anyway. Most Claim buttons do not do anything anyway so you might find you obtained the reward anyway. Did you check your Inventory?

Hey there, and thanks for flagging this.
This definitely isn’t how rewards are supposed to look, so I’d love to gather a bit more info to see what’s going on.
A couple of quick questions that will really help us check this properly:
- Do you remember which feature/event this reward popped up from?
- When you tapped Claim, did you notice anything being added to your inventory or did nothing change at all?
- Which device are you playing on, and which game app version do you currently have installed?

Candy Crush Saga is not very complicated and differs from its sequels in its candies. Soda, Jelly, and Friends are differentiated by having 7 to 8 candies in the game; the last one is only available in Soda and Jelly and has effects when combined.

The issue with lost boosters is a known issue currently under investigation. Our Community Manager will be keeping us informed on its resolution in the following discussion. It would be helpful to share information about your device, your Game ID, and game platform in that thread.
Your information wil be helpful in resolving the issue.

A quick heads up that the team has pushed a fix to stop this issue from happening again. So from this point on, your boosters and items should stay safe.
If you were already affected earlier today and things disappeared, please let us know your game ID. It also helps if you remember roughly when it happened. I’m gathering all cases so the team can review everything properly on Monday.

Hi Nikki, I am sorry to hear that your Weekly contest score is not updating accordingly.
We usually recommend these steps to make sure that everything is running smoothly:
*Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
*Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
*Memory: Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
*Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
*Clear Cache:
🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
If the issue persists, could you please confirm the device and game version you have?
