Sorry to hear your game isn’t connecting… A quick check can usually fix it:
1️⃣ Make sure you’re connected to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile network.
2️⃣ Close the game completely and reopen it.
3️⃣ If it still doesn’t connect, try restarting your device.

- Tap the gear icon ⚙️ → Account & Help → ? Help Center → Select the topic of the issue you are having and scroll all the way down and tap “Chat With Us.”
