Hello @Sasamira : King did not delete your post, they just neatly tidied it away and hid it from view in this thread:
If you click on "view in context" all the posts are still there.
As for an answer and any help, I doubt you will find it here in this community. It is now largely a place for players to vent their anger and I see few King representatives here now, and besides there is little the moderators or community managers can do to help mediate between King and the players.
If you want to try and get some response from King customer support try this link:
They might give you a few boosters to compensate.

Why did you just remove the music event from the app?? I had 18 more hours to complete and was on my last 3 laps and it just disappeared. I spent so much time and boosters just so you can do whatever you want? You’re not doing these events fairly

i was completing my music fest and i needed just 1 more tape for the 300 gold bars and it still said 1day to go but now all of a sudden the fest just vanished … I’ve invested soo much in this fest , kindly correct the glitch before the time runs out .. i really want to complete it .. do something quick plz
