I had only been playing candy crush less than a year. I had never had this experience in any other events. So how would I have known the ending time was essentially a moving target. Well I know now but since I won’t play again it’s not going to help me now.

these are the guidelines on event timers in the app. It doesn’t mention anything about ending 24 hours early.

That is seriously crap. What is the point of a deadline if you are going to move it? This sounds like you are just explaining it away. I spent actual money to try to meet the deadline. I've spent a bunch of money playing this game prior to this as well. In light of this, I will NEVER spend another dime on this game. What a horrible excuse for poor planning and game execution. You guys messed up, you should be making it right and you know it.

In the second part of my original post I stated that I can't message the help bot because the text field is too small on the bottom of the screen. You can't click to initiate typing because Android phone function buttons cover it. I also posted a separate message about this on the support page. And if you try to go to the links that have been provided to contact support, there is an error message that says you need "vanilla" to proceed.

25 bars is a joke. Especially since the math was hundreds of levels to complete for the reward. I'm so irritated. I wasn't offered anything. I'm thinking about disputing with my card company.

The counter literally said how many days and hours were left. IT ENDED 24 HOURS EARLY. How much more needs to be communicated? This is gaslighting at its finest.

this is so ridiculous. Less than 24 hours left means there’s still time left. What’s the point of a timer if it’s not accurate. This is literally scamming. If someone wants to wait till the last hour to play that should still be valid. What is the reason for ending it 24 hours early? Then you should not have communicated that there was time left. I feel scammed and cheated out of my money. I know at the end of the day this is a corporation but this is very poor regard for the user experience.
