Not getting what you paid for is legitimate grounds for a refund.

In 2024 people posted that they managed to get refunds after complaining about the All Stars competition.

And if you try to go to the links that have been provided to contact support, there is an error message that says you need "vanilla" to proceed.

No @beckygreen , the game doesn't give you five more lives. Instead, it offers you a challenge to win them. You are given one extra attempt, and you have to pass the level on that attempt to get the lives. If you do, you get this screen. If you fail, you only keep the timed boosters.
