I have tried everything to get my unwrapped to appear. I have deleted and redownloaded the app, updated it, updated my phone, restarted my phone, logged out and logged back in but nothing has worked. Any help is appreciated!

As long as people know the basics of commenting in a forum @christinewupp then they will always be able to find their own posts by looking in their profile.

Deletion of a duplicated post is the expected result when a post is reported (either that or the two posts are merged into one thread), but whoever has completed the moderation of the posts has made a real mess of it.

My post should never have been moved here as it is off topic for this thread. The person responsible for the moderation should only have deleted the thread from jammiSAAB that I posted in and not both of them.

As I have explained to @QueenB there was no need to move either of jammiSAAB posts to this collection thread either as a complaint about Candy Unwrapped coming soon doesn't belong in a thread about our Unwrapped achievements.

If flagging still existed the duplicate post would have still been deleted but my post wouldn't have been necessary.

Someone keeps moving posts about @Alienscar . These posts were part of the Support forum two hours ago. First they were all in separate threads then this morning a King agent moved all the posts into one collection thread in Support and now they are all here! How is anyone supposed to find their own comments? What I hate about this rearranging of posts is not only that people can't find their own comments but that they then are shown out of context. @QueenB what is going on? It used to be that only a Manager and Admin could move posts, so who is responsible for the mess that has been made of jammiSAAB posts and my reporting of a duplicate post?

Firstly as this thread is for sharing our Unwrapped report it makes no sense whatsoever that a post asking why they haven't received their Unwrapped would be moved here.

Secondly due to the poorly executed moderation of jammiSAAB posts both of his posts have now been deleted.

Lastly why was my post reporting a duplicate post moved to a collection thread regarding the Unwrapped. Hopefully you can see that makes no sense at all from a moderation point of view.

@christinewupp I'm afraid I am going to be on the banned list. I have not gotten any events other than the episode race and chocolate box that I started getting on a regular basis. Cookiemae 2 still has a boat load of gold since I basically stopped playing it so it out as well. It's so strange to me that when no one was really that interested in the All Stars I was able to get in but now I'm banned for no reason. I was playing legally no cheats but banned. Anyway if it comes up I will play and see why happens.
