Hi @baharnarenj5002 I understand that dealing with restrictions and needing to use a filter breaker is very frustrating. I’m not dismissing your experience at all, and we appreciate that you choose to play our game despite the extra steps you need to take.
The difficulty here is that the connection issues you’re facing are caused by the local internet limitations in your region and the VPN/filter breaker setup. These are outside of our control, so there isn’t a technical fix we can apply from the game’s side.
If you ever experience an issue inside the game itself that isn’t related to VPN use or regional connectivity, we're here and happy to help 🙂

While I am here I have also happened to come across my old favourite go-to level in the screenshot below. I used to get about 250 of each of the three colours from this for the chocolate boxes. I had not checked this level out since the chocolate box was changed to new levels only.
Now I have come across it I can tell the difference of how it plays out. It finishes much more quickly than it used to. The moment a colour bomb appears on the board fishes come out of every corner and finish the level. I was right: Those jelly fish have been sent by King to stop players drawing out levels and scoring for collection events. The number of any colour that can be collected per level is more tightly controlled than it ever was. This is removing the last smidgeon of control players still had over the game. And the last bit of fun.

I had a very similar situation a week ago @christinewupp : Two dragons on a dragon-only level and a fish + wrap combo targeted the upper-middle part of the board, twice. Probably some quirk or error in the programming.
In both cases, there are cutouts underneath the dragons, so maybe it's what confuses the fish. They decide that they cannot do anything to help the dragons, and having no other targets, go to the upper middle area that appears to be their default target area.
Another thing I noticed is that a fish + wrap combo tries to maximize the area of effect and never goes to the edge of the board, even though in such situations they obviously should do that.

I have three accounts @teeweiping . One is seeing the event, the other is not seeing it and the third has it in the events section but I can't click on "play", so I don't know what is going on with that. It's frustrating since I was looking forward to it. I've never played any live colour bomb collection tournament. Maybe they have excluded anyone with too much gold. The one account that is seeing the event is the poorest.
