Just to clarify, (without getting confused with the new multiplier tokens that QueenB explained about):

There seem to be again two versions of the Candy Celebration event. One which I have in my game and for which only new levels count. The other I have seen a screenshot posted by Kiwi97 in the winter thread, and this one awards a 30 x multiplier for new levels, but you can gain some candies in old levels. This is how the last Prize Palooza event was split as well. Here the two screenshots:

For fairness, players with the multiplier are matched only with others who also have it, and players without it are grouped together. So no one is competing across different setups.

If you don’t see any multiplier bonus in your game, it simply means your version is the one without the feature for this test.
