Open your game
Tap the Settings (cogwheel)
Go to Account & Help
Tap Help Center
Choose any topic
Scroll down and tap Contact Us

Explain to them what happened, you will initially receive an automated reply. Take and keep a screenshot of that reply. You would be best to reply back to the automated reply, don't send any new emails. It isn't a quick process, it could take some days, but stick with it.

It would be interesting to know how you get on, good luck.
