Not receiving any option for Multipler in All Stars since Knockouts. Please help

As Christine said, the tournament is still ongoing, and finalists have not been determined yet.

The final stage (Final Knockouts Round 3) takes place on:
📅 7 April – 8 April 2026

Only after this stage finishes, and once the vetting process is completed, will the final players be confirmed and contacted directly by the All Stars team.

So at this point, no players have been officially confirmed as finalists yet.

For the most accurate information, I recommend keeping an eye on the Official Rules / Terms & Conditions and any in-game communication, these will always reflect the latest status.

Anyone got any ideas on how I make contact with a human being at King as I assume the responses are AI generated and it doesn't have the answer.

So frustrating as I have been playing for years and am on level 11161 so would be devastated to lose my progress!

Thank you for your response. I have tried what you suggest several times but because I can no longer access the email address my game is registered with it doesn't work . I can't see the email so that I can respond to the links.

I'm about to change my phone and need to secure my progress. However I changed ISP and can no longer access emails sent to the email address my games are registered with.

I have tried emailing King but just get generic responses suggesting the helpdesk or this community. There's nothing on the helpdesk so I am reaching out to the community with my fingers crossed that someone can advise me what to do.

I've had to re-register with the community with a different email address as I don't remember my old password either.
