I have no idea what's happened to King but they have lost the plot.
The game is full of bugs, I have lost 13,000 levels, episode races have not worked for 5 months, reading through the discussions so many other people have problems, King support used to be brilliant and would sort problems out very quickly, now when you contact them all you get is automated replies to come here to sort your problems out.
Just pass the buck because they can't be bothered, how can other players sort bugs out in the game.
If you are reading this King (which you ain't) come on sort the problems out, you have made your millions taking money you don't seem to have a problem with that!!

Thank you for posting the screenshots. That is really helpful! Those players are all anonymous so you need not have blackened out their names. Well done for getting so many points without any multipliers, that must have been quite hard work @Sage9514 . So that seems all in order then, I see nothing wrong in any of those screenshots. I think you deserve a break after that.

I find it strang that the help desk cannot solve this problem. It must be easy to find
my account in the system. My IP, user name must be there.
But so far ( and after several mails) the result is zero.

Sorry to hear that your conclusions made you sad but your Archimedes reference made me laugh out loud 😂. Just as well - bit chilly for that.
Quick summary of my board:
Started at 10pm last night, so 8 hours in. Only 2 non-european opponents, again. Don’t recall it being this regional previously. Big spread of levels.
Played one episode, got much the same score as in both previous rounds. Checked this morning. Only one player had played in the course of the night.
Strange. Presumably it will pick up at the weekend, when people have more free time.
Played another episode:
Think the top player played a token early on - wonder if they’re going to be another ‘multiply and go forth’ (to mangle a Biblical phrase) , or will they reappear at some stage.
Anyway - onwards.
PS Forgot to add - the All Stars leaderboard did not pop up after any level. Had to keep checking the widget. Maybe because nobody else was playing while I was? What’s your theory on this Christine?
I had the episode race on each episode, the board only popped up maybe twice during each of the episodes and each time it was when someone else had passed some levels.
