As of now, I am placed fifth (update: made it to first). The lead player is currently at 40k, while I am at 27k. I only completed four episodes for Friday and Saturday in light of the lost double colour bomb. I have encountered the same glitch multiple times yesterday and once today; they do not kill your streak. Suppose all of them went to sleep, I should easily be able to surpass the peloton that night.
As of now, I will let them mind their own business, as I do not control the destiny of whenever someone will hex off.

Many thanks for your suggestions Alienscar. I've tried doing as the help centre suggested but unfortunately it doesn't work.
I'll have another go at contacting King again tomorrow and see if I can get a better response. I've taken a screenshot of my registration number in case I need it in future but I'm not optimistic☹️
