You’re absolutely right that this looks like a template message meant to help other players contact Support.

In my reply, I focused on the main concern behind the message, which is about fairness and whether unusually high scores could be investigated:

​Could someone please look into this account to ensure the leaderboard remains fair for everyone? We would appreciate any help or investigation you can provide.

From the community side, we don’t have access to individual accounts or leaderboards to review specific players. What we can do is explain how scoring works and guide players to the right place if something feels off.

In this case, large score jumps are often linked to features like multiplier tokens, which can significantly increase points in a short time.

And if a player still feels something isn’t right, the best option is to contact Player Support so they can review the account directly.

Oh! Well I certainly misread that one @Alienscar . They must have gained some template from previous years' posts or experiences then. It's a bit unfortunate those numbers are nonsensical. I'm also not sure that the King forum is a good place to post this.

Anyhow, it's irrelevant this year: The app is 100% in control of those leaderboards. I have zero doubt left in my mind after completing round 1/3. There is not a smidgeon of doubt left in me that I was playing against the app, not against players in real time. King have all that covered by their Terms and Conditions. The AI controls it all and nothing in the Terms and Conditions would suggest otherwise.

I also had to play a token at the last moment. I was just in the lead and had expected to not see any activity and 10 minutes from the end I was overtaken. It was the most enjoyable and satisfying 10 minutes of Candy Crush I've had in a long time!

There was very little movement on my board with 2nd place adding a few thousand points but no sign of a multiplier being played by them, so that could lend itself to multiple theories.
They either couldn't see me on their leaderboard, had used multipliers in earlier rounds, just didn't care or didn't think it was worth it.

I cannot see how they could let multiple people through from same leaderboard in next round as based on last year you ended up with pictures of every final leaderboard and surely someone would notice if a player they had beat to 2nd in the previous round was on a different leaderboard (if easily identifiable).

Hasn't helped me at all in deciding what to do for next round or what I consider a potential winning score win the final 24 hours.

Surely the next round would have people multiplying late on but guess it depends on luck of the draw.

Slogged all the way from 32544 to 70k for the entire night. Had to burn a hex at the end, lest a hex0r overtakes me to seal the lead.
