I can't help thinking that a fitting end to all of this is that @Carol-38 gets to meet John and Mick at the live finals of the All Stars.

The entertainment between rounds, if there is any, could be John and Mick completing the Play and Show and Carol feeding them biscuits and bandaging their bumps and scrapes

I see what you’re doing here, mixing biscuits, worms and “Play & Show” suspense into one storyline 😄 And as always, you’ve managed to wrap real community conversations into something wildly entertaining.
