Are you talking about the Booster Wheel that is in your Events and the Treat Machine Booster showing different times @snlive24? If you are then whilst it looks odd the issue doesn't seem to effect when you can spin your wheel. Also you will find that the Treat Machine time matches the time of the Booster Wheel that is on your map.
@QueenB as @Deal_One received 900 UFO boosters for this issue can you confirm that this issue is being investigated by King.
