I find when I am playing a game, doesn't matter which one, if you answer a text or incoming calls, the game ends and takes you back to the main menu?

I’ve been on level 18422 for over 3 weeks and it doesn’t match any of the online help videos. I think the game is purposefully doing this since in the past I’ve paid for more moves.
