Royale win did not count
Hey Staff at King :)) I recently won a first tier royale (17 bars) but the pop-up, “connection issue, do not restart your game” froze the screen and did not give me bars. Please help! And thanks :))

Lack of New Levels
I have to wait for new levels to be added every single week. And, in that time, I lose out on the podium contest, 4 in a row, etc. Usually, from Saturday through Thursday, I cannot play any regular levels, just the mystery level. It's very disappointing!

Hands might reappear in Jelly Quest
For those who received the Jelly Quest event (basically a modified Weekly Contest), the top prize has a picture of a free switch. There has been extensive complaints across many posts about the removal of free switches across events, not just Sweet Cinema.

Why in the hell Can't you leave the game boards alone and quit changing things on people? Go to play a board and everything will be change you just screwed up level 1000

Bored now
Stuck on level 7040 for a week now. Just getting bored now of nothing going my way. Never enough moves and never getting any help from the game. It's pay to win now. Don't want any sarcastic comments from people who claim you don't have to pay to win.
