my question is when are they going to change the games within the tournament? These same games have been in the tournament forever. They used to change them every couple of months. It’s getting very boring playing the same games in every tournament.
Due to an issue with my phone, I had to uninstall Candy Crush. After reinstalling it and logging in, the All Stars event did not appear, even though I was in the final qualifiers and in first place. I would really like to know if there is any possibility of returning or if I have already been disqualified. Here is proof.

I was playing the event not long ago, but it suddenly disappear into thin air. I'm currently second on the event, close to getting first place, so it's a headache to have to deal with this now. If someone knows how to fix this, or even one of the staff can help, I'd appreciate a lot.

I had just finished level 18830 and was entitled cards, boosters, free lives and gold bar. Unfortunately, screen freezes up and stated connection lost. I did not close my game and waited for reconnection. When the game reconnected, I am already at level 18831 and non of the rewards are given. Pls help. I feel so cheated.
