I have completed level 155 candy crush dream world and it will not advance to the next level . What is the problem ?

I see, 11 months ago I commented here, level 1032 in main world now yet dreamworld still locked and won't open gate to 396. Do admin EVER come in here? Why are we directed here for answers if there's none to be had? That's not an unreasonable comment given the amount of time that has gone by.
and still no reply..i have submitted help tickets and they told me to come here to the forum, this is ridiculous, i certainly wont be spending any money on this game (or any king game) until it's fixed!
4 weeks and no reply, I see how useful this forum is. When will this issue be fixed? I see my friends have progressed up dream world past the locked cloud at 395/396 -- I am level 591 in the main world, it should open. It has been this way for months.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
