Purchased gold bars using phone but didnt go onto game

Hi Alania! Sorry to hear you didn't receive your Gold Bars. This can occasionally happen if there's a glitch in the Internet connection. Please get in contact with our Support Team: https://king.com/#!/faq/Purchases
Please also include the receipt you got from Facebook when you bought the Gold Bars and we'll sort it out asap :-)
