When my friends send me extra moves why do you guys take them away I had 9 extra moves and I got on here today and they are gone.. This has happened to many times to me and I am ready to quit playing candy crush.. PLEASE give me my extra moves back and stop taking them we should be able to build them up to use them anytime we want...

They are not being taken away from you
The extra moves that you get can only be used on the level that they were sent for. Like, if you are stuck on level 100 then any extra moves you get can only be used on this level. I hope that makes sense, its hard to explain, haha.
