The Level I have reached at mobile is different from facebook

I like to play candy crush Saga at mobile or facebook everyday from begin to now. This few days I suddenly find that the level I have reached at mobiel is different from facebook(Mobile 800, facebook 789), this means that they can't synchronous now. So how can I slove it? Thanks

I normally open up the Facebook app on my phone and then find Candy Crush in the apps section (in the settings bit) and click it. This opens the Candy app and kinda forces it to synchronize. Try it!
