can not progress

ticket request is not working i try to post to friends but only one came  and a second one just disappeares when i request i get no conformation it just returns to the request screen

Hi Jerome! Try playing on King.com where you can also connect to Facebook (top right cog wheel for settings, then click on 'account'). Once connected to Facebook you should be able to receive/send help :-)
