l reached level 246 in Candy Crush Saga and then the game reset to 1.
In Black OPS we would call that prestige on here we prolly call that a glitch.:)
Hi Mintzi! If you have your mobile device connected to Facebook then all your progress is stored there and you can simply do a re-install of the game followed by re-connecting to Facebook. Cheers :-)
Oh I'm sure it will be okay! Did you connect to Facebook or the Kingdom in the game? If so your progress is saved here. Check in the settings menu in the bottom left, maybe you have lost your connection so here you can reconnect and maybe get your progress back. Did you do anything to lose it in the first place?

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
