Candy crush saga app om windows phone does not connect to facebook

I have been playing candy crush saga on my lumia windows phone for a few months now but recently I had to reset the phone and now the app does not connect to facebook and take me back to level 1

When I choose the sign in with facebook option it goes to facebook and facebook tells me the permission is already setup and then the app tells could not connect

would appreciate any help here

I have already tried restarting my phone and re installing the app as per the link you shared
