cannot sync my level got at mobile to pc

I found my level stuck at level 500 everytime when I tried to login with my mobile. Acrually Im already at 778 level at my pc.  When I passed a level by using mobile, it would not sync to my account. That means I hv to replay that level at my pc.  May I know wts wrong with it?

Hi Nicole if you apps aren't syncing your progress there are a few things you can try. First I would turn my phone off and let it stay that way for a least a minute. Then I would restart and check the app stores for updates. Once you have the latest version running make sure your phone is connected to the Facebook account you want to use, and then connect to FB through the settings in the app. Hope that helps.
