why does candy crush saga suddenly crash every time two colour bombs are collided?

Am getting really annoyed now,whenever two colour bombs are collided the screen freezes then crashes.contacted king.com 3 times about problem,got same useless auto reply each time. Tried this site,found people with same problem,saw tech advice on how to solve problem and followed it to the letter. After uninstalling and. Reinstalling the game not only have I lost all of my saved boosters which really peeved me no end,I then find that the initial problem is still there, not impressed with king at all at the moment,any ideas?????

OMG YESSSSSS this is extremely frustrating!!!!! I'm only on level 783 but it started for me on level 781. I don't know if it's a bug it what but they need to seriously fix this problem!!!
