Level Progression Issue!!!!

I finally passed level 404 a few days ago, after several weeks of dealing with that level, and when I got back on to play the next level, I was right back on level 404! I will NOT keep playing the same level over and over after I have already beaten it! I have messaged Customer Support twice over this matter and have gotten ZERO response! You need to resolve this issue immediately or I'm done!

I know from previous experience that there's nothing that you can do. Unfortunately it happens from time to time and I know that King don't progress players if this kind of thing happens. The only thing I can recommend is to make sure that your computer is running as smooth as possible, cleared cache, flash player up to date etc and hopefully this won't happen again!
