Hey David. What exactly happens after you have completed the level? Is there an error message or message of any kind? Do you play on Facebook as well or just King.com? King have made a video for Facebook problems with their games but I think it is useful for all PC problems. Clearing the cache and making sure that your Java is up to date is always important.
