Candy keeps scrolling down can't move  at all what is going on? How to fix? Can't go on to next level and it does not as any points

    Hey I did not have a problem with this level. Where are you playing? Facebook, mobile or King.com? 

    Have you tried playing on a different browser or a different device? Always make sure that you have the latest update of the game too. Let us know how you get on.

    Hi Michelle! Try playing on King.com

    You can sync your Facebook progress by choosing the top right cog wheel for settings, then choosing account.

    Hope you get the level cleared well :-)
