How do I get rid of error message on level candy crush level 508 so I can play.

I have not seen or heard of this error message before, but have you tried all of the usual troubleshooting? Clearing the cache, updating the java and testing another browser? King also made a video to help with any loading issues with their games on Facebook, I think it could help you too.
