Why does my laptop shuts off while playing Candy Crush and Pet Rescue but not the other games.
Make sure that you have tried all of the usual troubleshooting as well. Clearing the cache, make sure that the java is up to date. Do you have any other problems with your laptop?

In the last two days the ads have stopped working. If you get a chance to view ads for extra moves the first ad works but when you select to watch the second ad it goes to run it but then the screen goes black and it then returns you to the game. This makes it very difficult and frustrating.
