Not synchronizing.

Hi, I have been playing Candy Crush Saga on Facebook,  tablet & mobile,  none of them are synchronizing & it's very frustrating. I mostly play on my mobile & I'm waiting on tickets to go onto 426 but no one is getting my request. If I go on tablet it takes me back to 419 & Facebook takes me back to 414. What can be done? Thanks

    It sounds like you might have played some levels when you had a poor wifi connection or perhaps your mobile wasn't connected to Facebook at the time. I would try signing out of FB on your phone and then signing in again. (Only do this when you have a good network connection) It should then prompt the app to sync again.
