Not synchronizing.

Hi, I have been playing Candy Crush Saga on Facebook, tablet & mobile, none of them are synchronizing & it's very frustrating. I mostly play on my mobile & I'm waiting on tickets to go onto 426 but no one is getting my request. If I go on tablet it takes me back to 419 & Facebook takes me back to 414. What can be done? Thanks

It sounds like you might have played some levels when you had a poor wifi connection or perhaps your mobile wasn't connected to Facebook at the time. I would try signing out of FB on your phone and then signing in again. (Only do this when you have a good network connection) It should then prompt the app to sync again. Level 14390 impossible to pass
This level is simply impossible to pass. I've hit it as part of the concert chaos event and as with all levels to get a band member in this event, it's impossible without using loads of boosters or spending gold for extra moves. This is ridiculous and just makes the game boring. I feel like I've been stuck on it for weeks…
Why does it prevent me from playing all the lives my friends sent me?
